About The Links Hope Island
Hope Island, Gold Coast, Queensland
A links-style course built on reclaimed, raised land at the northern Gold Coast, featuring over 100 pot bunkers and firm, rippling fairways in a residential resort setting.
History
Designed by five-time Open champion Peter Thomson with Michael Wolveridge (and later Ross Perrett), the course opened in March 1993 and hosted the 1997 Johnnie Walker Classic.
