About Palmer Coolum
Yaroomba/Coolum, Sunshine Coast, Queensland
A resort course with contrasting landscapes from lakeside holes to tree-lined fairways near Coolum Beach, long known as a popular Australian PGA Championship venue.
History
Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr and first opened in 1988 (originally for the Hyatt Regency Coolum resort), the course was partly redesigned in 2008/2009 and later acquired by Clive Palmer.
